The CAP package is a complete working document containing conceptual building plans, outline specifications, preliminary budget, and a design and construction schedule. In addition, we meet with the local building jurisdictions in a formal application process to ensure there are no surprises down the road.

RSV's 60-day CAP goes beyond the cost and schedule "guesstimates" that other contractors provide. It includes detailed line-item budget figures, firm schedules, and a defined scope of work. We also provide project pro formas to estimate the appraised value of the completed project so we can keep our eye on the ball and make sure the project will appraise, finance, and be a profitable investment for you. The focus isn't on "getting the job" (by proposing an incomplete or low-ball bid), the focus is on getting the project done right.
